Development Team in Tuesday Night Action

A reminder that the young ‘Loons’ return to SPFL Development League duties at Station Park on Tuesday evening with a visit from league leaders Raith Rovers.
The kick-off is at 7.30p.m. and admission is free with entry gained to both stand and terracing through the gate at the east end of the main stand.
A new experimental change has been introduced for fixtures in the final third of the Development League East campaign by the SPFL.
Up to a maximum of five substitutes can be introduced to the field of play instead of the three which has been the case up to now.
However play can only be stopped on three occasions over the ninety minutes by anyone side to allow substitutions to be made.
Tuesday night’s fixture has been brought forward from early February at Raith’s request and it will be February 13th before the Athies are back in league action.
A few friendly fixtures will be arranged to keep the players ticking over, the first of these a home match against Dundee’s Under 20 side on Tuesday January 23rd.
