Forfar Athletic v Annan Athletic
[Monday, 13 March 2023 18:02]
Following the disappointment of our scheduled league fixture at Dumbarton being postponed on Saturday past, all going well the ‘Loons’ will get back into action this weekend when Annan Athletic will be the welcome visitors to Station Park.
To date this campaign the Galabank outfit secured two victories over the Athies in the first half of the season, Forfar winning match number three by a 2-0 score line in early January.
While the ‘Loons’ were inactive last weekend, Annan were consolidating their current third place in the cinch league2 table with an emphatic 4-1 home success over Elgin City.
Craig Slater and his colleagues will however be keen without doubt to return to winning ways come 3p.m. on Saturday following a run of three draws and one defeat in recent outings.
Hopefully the home support as they have done in recent times turn out in reasonable numbers to give their much appreciated backing.
A full preview of the match will appear on our social media channels later in the week.
The kick-off is at the normal time of 3p.m.
