Forfar Athletic v Bonnyrigg Rose Athletic
[Tuesday, 23 January 2024 17:28]
The ‘Loons’ return to cinch league2 action on Saturday first when Bonnyrigg Rose are the visitors to the Alpha Projects @ Station Park Stadium.
This will be the third meeting between the sides this season and to date the two previous jousts have resulted in victories for the away team.
In fact Forfar’s comprehensive 2-0 win in difficult underfoot conditions at New Dundas Park in November was their first successful outing against Robbie Horn’s side at the sixth attempt.
While the Athies were losing out to Hibernian by that solitary second half counter in the cup on Saturday past, their opponents this weekend returned one of the results of the day, a 2-1 home win over runaway cinch league1 leaders Falkirk. A fifth round tie at Pittodrie now beckons.
Back to this coming Saturday and another close encounter is on the cards with the ‘Loons’ hoping to follow up that result in Midlothian on November 18th with a first home victory into the bargain against a side currently sitting three points above them in the league table.
Saturday’s fixture has the usual 3p.m. kick-off.
Admission prices are as follows;-
Stand – Adults £15, concessions £9, under 16’s £5
Terracing - Adults £14, concessions £8, under 16’s £5

The Refreshment Kiosk and Club Shop both situated within the ground will be open as usual.
The 1984 Lounge will be open to all supporters from 12.30p.m. till kick-off and again on the final whistle till approximately 8p.m.
