Of The Loons
Ahead of tomorrow's first home league game of the 2022/23 season Forfar Athletic Officials would like to put on record their thanks to the Club's main sponsor, Orchard Timber Products Ltd for their continued support.
This will be the 17th season of continuous sponsorship from Orchard Timber Products who have their headquarters in Forfar. This is undoubtedly one of the longest football partnerships, not only in the Scottish senior game but also in British football. This support is even more appreciated given Orchard's change in ownership over the last year which sees the firm now part of the National Timber Group (NTG).
Club Chairman Scott Murdie said. "On behalf of the Forfar Athletic Board and the management and playing squad I would like to thank Stuart Fraser, Kevin Golder and Scott McKinlay, who have been great friends to the Club over the years. I would also like to thank Nick Ratcliffe, Managing Director of NTG's Scottish division, for the continuation of this sponsorship. We are delighted to be partners with such a successful local firm which also has a national reach and a great reputation for the quality of their products. This support makes an important contribution to the running of the Club and we are grateful for this loyalty to the Loons over so many seasons.”

Thanks to Paul Cortese and his teams in Dundee and Aberdeen for their continued support.

Thank you to Chris and Zoe Hunter for their continued support for the current season and also for offering our season ticket holders discounts at various times during the year.
Joining our band of kit sponsors are D&A Factors who are the Loons shirt sleeve sponsors for season 2022/23.
It is great to have D&A Factors Ltd. on board and we are grateful to David and Scott Barn and their team not only for this support but also for the other contributions they make to the Club during the season.
D&A Factors are another well know and respected local family run business with branches in Dundee, Perth and Forfar as well as at other locations across Angus and Fife. Find out more about their services at www.dafactors.co.uk/
As reported in recent weeks the winner of our short sponsor draw was local business Lee Hutcheon Painter & Decorator Limited based in Forfar.
Lee is of course a valued supporter of the Club assisting in a range of projects around the ground, utilising the pitch for matches with friends, as well as being a regular on the terraces at Station Park on match days.
We are pleased to have Lee as part of our kit sponsorship team for season 2022/23 and grateful for his support.
Club Officials would also like to thank Paul Baillie at yet another local firm, A M Phillip Trucktech Ltd, for his support with the Club’s kit van again for this season.
The van cuts a dash as it travels across the country for training and matches and we are grateful for all of the assistance Paul and his team provides to the Loons.
You can find out more about the range of vehicles and services A M Phillip Trucktech offer at www.amphilliptrucktech.co.uk
Thank you also to the driving team of Mick McDonald and Cameron Davidson for all their help with the transportation of the kit. Mick and Cameron along of course with Kit Man, Martin Gray do a power of work to ensure the squad has everything it needs for training and matches.
Last but not least a thank you to the Club’s kit supplier Pendle Sportswear who are providing the home and second kit and training wear for the thirteenth year.
Pendle provide a generous package to the Club and this year in particular they have had to contend with worldwide shipping and stock issues. We look forward to working with Lee, George and the rest of the Pendle team over the course of the season.
Replica kit and training wear is available from Pendle's Forfar Athletic Shop at https://forfar-athletic.pendlesportswear.co.uk/
with the Club receiving a commission from Pendle for products purchased.
