Everyone connected with the club was delighted to see the ‘Loons’ record their first victory of the season against Stranraer yesterday afternoon, the second-half performance in particular pleasing to the eye.

Congratulations to Gary and the players and let’s hope there are many more three-point ‘hauls’ to come.

Thanks to the supporters who turned up for this first home cinch league2 fixture of the season and hopefully there will be a few more on the terracing for the visit of Elgin City on Saturday first.

A wee word as well to those who frequented the 1984 Lounge in more than reasonable numbers both before and after the fixture, bringing with it extra match day revenue to the club.

We did not manage to find a match sponsor for the game, but a big thank you to the patrons who enjoyed the win and the delights on the day of the Station Park Match Day Hospitality Experience.

A party from Auto Services in Perth organised by Jane Rae were in the Ian McPhee Lounge, Daniel Buchan and his mates were the guests in the Archie Knox Lounge while the other two lounges were occupied by a large group of friends organised by Connor Deas.
