‘Loons’ complete trio of Loan Signings

In the hours before the closure of the domestic temporary transfer window at midnight last night, Gary Irvine moved to augment his injury ravaged squad with a triple signing boost.
Two of St. Johnstone’s promising batch of youngsters Bobby Dailly and Spencer Moreland were joined by the returning Mark Docherty, all three moving to Station Park till early January in the first instance.
Bobby Dailly is an Essex born defender, who nevertheless has roots in this area being the son of former Dundee United, West Ham United and Scotland defender Christian Dailly.
Spencer Moreland by contrast spent his formative years in the Shetland Islands the young midfield player having had a spell on loan at Stenhousemuir last term.
Mark Docherty has been brought back to Station Park by manager Gary Irvine to add initially some much needed experience to the squad.
Mark a man of many clubs made just over twenty appearances for the Athies in the 2019/20 season before heading to Annan Athletic, this being followed by a spell with Clyde before he was snapped up by current club FC Edinburgh.
We welcome all three to the club and the trio are very likely to feature in the ‘Loons’ squad against Dumbarton this afternoon.
