Cove midfielder moves to Station Park

‘Loons’ manager Ray McKinnon has completed his second signing within 24 hours with 21 year old left sided midfield player Tyler Mykyta moving to the Athies from Cove Rangers on a temporary transfer basis till the end of the current campaign.

Aberdeen born, Tyler is a product of the Pittodrie youth system having joined the ‘Dons’ as a schoolboy.

He signed his first professional contract in the summer of 2019 and subsequently spent spells on loan at Turriff, Formartine and Elgin.
Released by Aberdeen at the end of last season he was snapped up by Paul Hartley on a two year contract but his opportunities to date have been limited at the Balmoral Stadium.

Hopefully this latest stage of Tyler’s career in the game will be a successful one and a warm welcome to Station Park.
