CLUB STATEMENT

The Forfar Athletic Board of Directors are delighted to announce the appointment of Scott Barn as our new Associate Director.

A local businessman, Scott is far from a stranger to the Club. He has been a great supporter, friend and backer of the Club for many years, both from a personal perspective and through his family business, D&A Factors Ltd.

Scott and his family have supported the Club in a variety of ways, including invaluable assistance with Club and match sponsorship, various fundraising ventures, and hospitality. Indeed, D&A Factors are never far from the top of the list when it comes to taking tables at almost all of our fundraising events, which are as important to the Club now as they ever have been.

D&A Factors are of course currently our shirt sleeve sponsor, and are now into their third season of this. This is, as always, very much appreciated.

Scott joins us as an Associate Director, which is a new role to the Club, whereby he will support the current Board with fundraising ventures and will add his business expertise in the ongoing running of the Club throughout the season.

We are certain that everyone involved with Forfar Athletic will warmly welcome Scott when we commence our league fixtures on Saturday 3rd August at home to Clyde.
