Denholm Returns

Forfar Athletic are delighted to announce the return of Danny Denholm, subject to SFA approval.

Danny joins on loan from The Spartans until the end of the season.

Danny started his career in senior football at Station Park as a 21 year old back in 2012. His excellent form in his first spell earned him a move to Livingston. The winger returned to the Loons after a year and went on to notch 158 appearances, 41 goals and 21 assists during his spell.

Danny’s last appearance for the Loons was in the 5-1 play off final rout at Peterhead in 2017 with the winger scoring the third as the loons cruised to promotion.

Since leaving Forfar, Danny has picked up league winners medals at Arbroath and Stirling Albion and wore the colours of East Fife before joining The Spartans in 2023.

All at Forfar are delighted to have Danny return to his footballing home and look forward to seeing him pull on the sky blue shirt once again.
