Thank You
A big thank you on this bright Sunday afternoon to the Forfar Athletic supporters young and old who turned out again in big numbers to back their side in yesterday’s home game with league leaders Peterhead, the final crowd figure to be fair also boosted by a healthy away fan base recorded at 668.
Unfortunately our struggles to find the way to goal at Station Park continued and despite having a man advantage for most of the contest the Athies had to settle for what could still nevertheless prove to be a vital point.
Thanks also to our match sponsor yesterday Well-Safe Solutions. Phil Milton the company MD lives in Forfar and has supported the ‘Loons’ in this manner for some years now, backing that is so appreciated. His party chose Craig Slater as their man of the match.

As ever the hospitality lounges were full on the day, all on this occasion with regular return patrons.
Ewan Philip of Scotia Forecourt Services Ltd had a party there for the second time this season, having bought this particular package in the auction at the Sportsman’s Dinner back in October. Thanks again for this backing.
Thank you as well to Graeme Campbell and friends, Les Davidson and his buddies and to Peter Drummond of the Meigle based plumbers and heating engineers which bear the family name for their continued support in this manner.
Finally thanks to Valerie Galley a Forfarian domiciled in Peterhead for some years now and her friends who enjoyed the delights of the 1984 Lounge package.
All roads lead back to the Alpha Projects Stadium @ Station Park this coming Saturday when another of the sides challenging for the William Hill League2 title East Fife are the visitors.
