End of Season Awards

Forfar Athletic Supporters Club held their end of season awards at the Plough Inn in Forfar last night.

The event was attended by the entire playing and coaching staff of Forfar Athletic. The evening was boosted by the afternoon's victory over Ayr United alongside Alloa Athletic defeating Arbroath in order to ensure the Loons finished the season in the final play off position. This results in the Forfar Athletic playing Dunfermline Athletic in the play off semi final.

The winners on the night were presented by Bunty Nicoll to - 

Young Sky Blue Player of the Year - Danny Denholm
Away Player of the Year - Iain Campbell
Players Player of the Year - Iain Campbell
Top Scorer - Gavin Swankie
Player of the Year - Iain Campbell

Those in attendance saw the presentation of a cheque for £17,000 on behalf of the supporters club to Forfar Athletic chairman Alastair Donald.
